Each classroom consists of 10-12 children, one qualified Teacher and a Teacher's Assistant to maintain a low student-teacher ratio and small, interactive class sizes.

Hours of Operation
We are open from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.Monday through Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m on Friday.
Enrichment classes are offered on-site on Mondays from 1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. (with a minimum of seven students enrolled). The current enrichment class is Spanish.
Pre-K classes are also available to ensure that little ones have all the skills needed to transition into kindergarten sucessfully.
School Services Offered
We have designed our classes to accommodate most parent’s preschool needs. Offerings include:
- Monday- Friday Class
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday Class
- Tuesday and Thursday Class
Curriculum
Our curriculum includes: Block play, cooking, creative art, dramatic play, gross motor play, group music, language arts, listening center, literature, manipulatives, puzzles, readiness, science and math activities and special events.
Summer Camp
EMP offers summer camp activities which vary from year to year. Final details for summer camps are settled each March. Please contact EMP for more information.
Parent Resources
EMP provides.parents with resources to help you along the way with your little ones including: a resource library, parent-initiated groups and activities, community events lists for kids, and professional resources for support with challenges.
Scholarships
EMP maintains and offers to those in need the Karen Clemens Scholarship Fund. Departing families and members of the community contribute to the scholarship fund.
